A citizen-run, non-partisan platform
Every party talks about Bengal. FaceBengal is where citizens talk back — file a complaint against any office, in any district, and follow it until it's resolved. No party affiliation. No office is above being asked.
The process
Describe the issue, pick the department and office involved, add a photo if you have one. Takes under two minutes.
Your complaint gets a public reference number. Status moves from Received → Under Review → Resolved, visible to everyone.
The responsible office responds on record. If it stalls, it stays visibly open — not buried in someone's inbox.
Where to start
Transparency
Every complaint here is real, on record, and visible to any citizen — not just the person who filed it.
Who runs this
FaceBengal is built and run by citizens, independent of any political party or government office. It exists so that a complaint about a pothole, a ration shop, or a stalled file doesn't depend on who's in power — it just needs to be true, and on the record. Every office, every party, every ward: held to the same standard.
